Case Study: Linking Lean Performance Measurements to Value-Added Financial Analysis
Tenmast Software began its lean journey in July, 2015. One of the first things we did was to create lean performance measures. After the creation of the lean performance measures, we were able to better understand the root causes of our financial performance, and understand the level of improvement necessary to achieve desired financial performance.
In this session, Tenmast explain how it improved its financial analysis through the use of lean performance measures and share with you how this can be applied in your company
- How to typical lean performance measures impact financial performance
- Why revenue-based financial analysis is better than cost-based financial analysis in lean companies
- Standard financial analysis tools for kaizen events
- How to calculate the financial impact of continuous improvement
