Will share a little bit of ATC’s lean journey from the CFO perspective. The presentation will give a brief overview of ATC history, movement into Value Stream Management and how the accounting department has helped support that change including moving towards helping the company navigate the future instead of simply reporting on the past

About the Facilitator:

After graduating from Goshen College, a small school in Northern Indiana, Pete started his career at a regional accounting firm where he did audit and tax work. Pete was recruited to ATC in 2004 and has been there ever since. While at ATC Pete has participated in many initiatives including moving to a one day close for the books, weekly profit and loss reports and leadership for a new order configuration system. When not at work Pete enjoys time with his family and friends, reading, playing sports and being a glutton for punishment by rooting on the Fighting Irish football team.
